10mL Soda Press Co Classic Indian Tonic Syrup

60mL Gin

Lemon Spiral Garnish

METHOD

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. For added theatre, garnish with spiralled lemon skin.
